Unifying Advisor Workflows into a Modern Self-Service Platform
A complete redesign of Veriti’s Console into First Trust’s Bespoke application for Custom Wealth Solutions (CWS). By modernizing UI patterns, simplifying dense workflows, and embedding self-service capabilities, Bespoke empowers advisors while reducing operational dependencies.

The Challenge
Dense Workflows
Console’s onboarding required advisors to navigate through extensive forms and nested boxes, slowing down setup.
Ops Bottlenecks
Many advisor requests had to be manually handled by Operations, increasing turnaround time.
Limited Scope
Console primarily served Direct Indexing (DI); Bespoke needed to expand functionality to include Custom Option Strategies (COS).
Streamlining onboarding and empowering advisors through self-service was essential to scale.
My Approach
Workflow Analysis
Reviewed Console’s demo flows and identified friction points in advisor onboarding.
Design Consultation
Partnered with PM and developers weekly, providing UI refinement, consistency feedback, and component comparisons between Material UI + Preline.
Simplification
Reduced dense customization flows into step-by-step views with grouped content for clarity.
I guided development toward a cleaner, more intuitive interface aligned with advisor needs.
